ACTIVITY

CAREER ORIENTATION

Every year, I have the opportunity to go to more than 100 high schools in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Can Tho, Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Thuan, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong,... and many other provinces in Vietnam to conduct career counseling for high school students. This activity to help students have a better overview of the career picture in Vietnam as well as help them have a good orientation in going to righ career path which is accordant with their capacity and interests.

TRAINING & PUBLIC SPEAKING

Manage and train new staffs in internal working process, company orientation, and working skills including consulting skills, sales, customer services, event planing,...

Training university students in soft skill development including communication skill, event management, customer service, interview, public speaking and so on. Guiding and training new staffs in internal working process, company orientation, and working skills including consulting skills, sales, customer services, event planing,..

MASTER OF CEREMONIES (MC)

Hosted many educational events, cooperation signing ceremony, information day,... helped me practice skills in communication, public speaking, as well as solving unexpected problems and other situations at work.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Manage and organize many events while working at the enterprise such as Cooperation Signing Ceremony, Inauguration Ceremony, New Product Announcement Event, Exchange Event between partners and businesses, Year-end ,... and in educational environments such as Campus tour, Information Day, Career Event,...

PLAINING & HOST FOR ONLINE TALKSHOW

Planning and preparing nearly 50 online talkshows per year to interact and answer students' problems about career trend and Admission info at Vietnamese - German University.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES 

Cooperate with partner businesses to organize volunteer programs to help children and older people with difficult circumstances at Social Security Centers in Binh Duong. In addition, I also participate in some running races to raise funds for charity to support children with heart surgery.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Participating in international educational networking events and activities as well as becoming a member of the organizing committee of major educational networking events such as the Knowledge Sharing Event of the Ministry of Education, World Bank and Vietnam-Germany University.
