AN Lingo Academy (ANLA)

As the Director of AN Lingo Academy (ANLA - The Foreign Language Center), I will play a pivotal role in managing and driving the strategic direction and overall success of our institution.

My responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions, including developing and implementing innovative business strategies, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, managing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring the highest quality of education. 

I also take full responsibility for building and leading a high-performing team, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving student enrollment. 

Additionally, I do contribute to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and attract new students.

MARKETING AND STUDENT RECRUITMENT

Vietnamese-German University (VGU)

Over the course of five years, I have honed my expertise in the field of education by traveling extensively throughout Vietnam, visiting over 100 high schools and provinces to conduct student recruitment activities and provide career orientation. Additionally, I have offered comprehensive support to both high school and university students, assisting them with career counseling, learning orientation, and scholarship applications. 

My role has also involved the planning and execution of various university events, such as Open Days, Campus Tours, Info Days, and Career Days. Furthermore, I have played a crucial role in coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating regional campaigns aimed at student recruitment. 

My responsibilities have also extended to manage a group of over 30 university student ambassadors to train and guide them in essential soft skills, including communication, event management, customer service, interviewing, and public speaking,...
